Postpartum Services

Night Support 10pm - 6am:

  • Designed for new parents with the ultimate goal of sleep support

Daytime Support (min hours):

  • Emotional and physical support

  • Breastfeeding and formula feeding support (bottles, storage)

  • Swaddling

  • Newborn care education

  • Introduction to self soothing

  • Nap support

Sleep Coaching Services

  • One time 15 min free phone assessment

  • Sleep Consultation:

    • 60-90 min: In-person or over the phone or via video platform consultation, Designed to educate and inform, followed by written daytime and nighttime support plan, naps, schedules and routines , sleep hygiene, healthy sleep associations amongst other things as well as preparation for sleep training, month long email support and two follow up calls.

  • In-person, hands-on sleep support with nighttime sleep training:

    • Recommended minimum three consecutive 12-hour night shifts designed to start sleep training process, followed by 2 month email and call support
